I can't belive I am the first to suggest this.
I mean come on, Lioden is absolutely sleeping on this creature's potentional.
You can't tell me the stripes on those fellows don't look like 100% something that would be right up this game's alley as far as stripes and markings go.

I tried my best to do a mockup of the marking, but I am not sure if I completly love how the neck stripe or how low the fifth turned out, but I think it's fine for now if not completly accurate. I will likely come back and redo it, but feedback before that would be valuable.


I also did not include the dark shading of the tail and the legs in the design, since we already have a fair amount of markings that do that seperatively, so seperate it is here too. Unless that's something people would like to see- I'm open to suggestions!

As for names, Civet bands or Forked stripes seem like the best names to me. I know there is already a civet marking suggestion, so I tried to make the name fairly distuingishable.

Now for some other ideas, I can see the face mask and the body stripes be seperate, or have a variation where only the face or body markings show, like soft cheetah.

I'm not entirely sure on what this marking should be, I think it could hold it's weight as a raffle marking, but could also work as an applicator, enclave or not, or maybe a an August or Celestial breed only marking, although they might feel a little out of place with the themes of those events.
I mostly just don't want for it to be an event ncl generated marking to be honest, but I suppose that wouldn't be the end of the world either. This I would really appreciate other's input on!

I also think the non-event specifc colours I picked (Noctis, Briar, Goridhe, Auburn, Cimmerian, Fiery, Quartz and Onyx, but also maybe Ebony, Black and Pistachio as an afterthought) would fit more or less, but I'd love to hear ideas.

I generally wanted to pick darker colours but a few lighter ones would look great too I think.
