ok, how is it possible to have a lion WITH Dwarfism, or some other mutation, I know that the primal needs a specific plant, for felis, or they interbreed, but even though I know how to have a leoponand a tigon, I don't know how to have a lion with dwarfism or double tail, so...how can you get that type of "sick" or mutated lions

There's 2 ways of obtaining a dwarf - getting a first gen through random breeding and breeding an existing dwarf with a lion scrotum.

1st gen dwarves come from random breeding chance. The same as achromia, folded ears, and all random mutations. The chance is affected by fertility a tiny bit, and can be increased with mutation items - cotton root bark, lion meat, GMO cow. BUT the chance of a 1st gen dwarf to be born is extremely, extremely, extremely tiny. Be ready to spend hundreds of GB on breeding items if you want a 1st gen. I used over 300 CRBs, had over 50 mutated cubs born but none were a dwarf. They're very very rare to be born.

2nd+ gen dwarves can be obtained when a dwarf mother is given lion scrotum. She then has 25% chance per cub in a litter to pass her mutation to cubs. She CANNOT pass the mutation at all without lion scrotum. Buffalo scrotum can also be used to guarantee 3+ cubs, so more chances one would be a dwarf. Luckily, both items are sold in February, which is soon - so you can try finding a female dwarf for reverse breeding once those items are in event shop.

The wiki page here is what you need, it has all the info.

There are sections on breeding them, which muties can be inherited, items that can help, etc. As well as links to further pages on specific types of muties - visible, adult, etc :)
