I bred a really pretty primal lion. I want to breed it with my king, it’s father. Do many people care about lions being dirty? I know I can reverse breed with other kings, but I don’t have a reliable source of SB to do that often

It's a play style and does have SOME affect on things depending on what your goal is. For example, if you just want pretty lions to enjoy for yourself, inbreeding doesn't matter any. But if you want to sell cubs, clean cubs tend to sell for higher prices and be more in demand since players playing for clean/hard mode will typically pay more given the general scarcity, especially if the clean cubs have other things going for them (like stats, breed-only attributes, muties, etc).

If you have two of the exact same lion (same stats, mutation, markings, gender, age, etc.) but one is clean and one is dirty, the clean one will almost always be worth more.

Doesn't matter at all. It's just a play style choice

It very much depends who you ask, honestly. Personally no - whether lions have inbreeding or not makes no difference to me and is not something I care about at all since it has zero effect in-game. If anything I actually avoid clean lions because it's not something I'm willing to pay extra for. Those not involved in clean breeding are unlikely to pay more for clean lions, since it doesn't affect gameplay.

For some other players it does matter though. Some people will only buy 'clean' lions, so for example if you're selling cubs with inbreeding, you may need to target your sales at non clean breeders - i.e. buyers focusing on appearance/stats/etc rather than heritage. Ditto studding. It basically just depends what your own priorities are and how you want to play the game, as well as who you might want to sell/buy from :)
