hi! I'm huge into breed only breeding lol as far as markings that's gonna be mostly your tier 2 markings! Tier 4 are also breed only, technically anyway, as it includes rosettes which other than appearing randomly in breeding or mottled rosette coming from leopon heritage. There are a few tier 3 that are breed only, these are the Celestial raffle markings and the savage studs markings. The easiest ways for those tier 3 markings are just memorizing them which isn't too hard considering their names sound like they belong to that event (leonid, dawn, scoundrel, bandit, etc.

Breed only bases are a bit harder to learn, it's easier to just search the bases on the base page on the wiki. The combo bases are a bit easier to remember but again that's just reading the wiki page until you remember it. Eyes are gonna be even harder I don't think there's been a user made guide. The eye page on the wiki isn't too bad at least. You can have breed only eyes that are fails for other eye colors like rose ebony, all sectoral eyes are breed only, there's breed only ncl eyes, celestial raffle eyes, etc. For those my best advice is just use the wiki, I've been on this site for like 7 years on my main and I still don't have a lot of the eyes memorized.

Mostly curious to when it comes to RMAs, and such. I know it's much rarer to get breed-only traits.

Oh yeah RMA projects tend to get very time consuming, I'm trying to get a couple cimmerian markings on this boy here. I'm not sure what the actual likelihood of it is but I believe the one's you can only get through RMA or total shuffle are tier 6. Raffle lioness aka breed only markings can be obtained a little while after they appear on the lionesses, they start as tier 5 to avoid being brought into the gene pool too quickly.

So I take it I probably can't get Leonid markings from RMAs then? I was wondering if they'd be included or not since Event markings always seem grey area.

app markings aren't breed-only. you can only get breed-only markings from breeding them on or getting that 0.5% chance from rmas for that tier 2. applicators can just be applied! difference in ease and painfulness

I've seen some people who consider RMA exclusive markings BO due to the difficulty of obtaining outside of breeding to a lion with them. Other applicator markings are just applicator exclusive, you can buy pretty much any applicator from other players any time of the year and they are extremely common.

Breed only are tier 2, celestial raffle(T3), savage stud(T3), Rosette/hybrid markings (T4/T5) and event NCL exclusive (this is iffy considering piety markings in november), they're normally introduced through weekly raffle lionesses and can appear in RMAs.

it's a search filter that should contain exclusively breed-only traits. it might need a little bit of updating but it should have the vast majority of traits! except bases, but you can select for breed-only bases by choosing rare or special (there are the app bases but still)

i just went through and added new things, so hopefully its okay :) you can add it to your bookmarks for easy access. its set for lions for trade but you can adjust it to be studs or just.... all lions LOL
