14. Any other specifications: This is mostly a coders choice commission. Id like it to be themed and colored after my king who is desert and Celestial themed. So beiges, golds, purples, etc. I like glows, any minimal sand/star additions, and I dont currently have a commissioned image for a doll to go in the bottom right, but Id like to in the future. That might require a future DM though :)

Most of this sounds good to me, just a couple comments: your header can stay where it is and doesn't need to be rehosted since that's just something you are adding to your territory description so it won't be impacted by what I do with the css so you don't have to worry about that part, my visible credit is in the breadcrumb (the bar with the bookmark button) and you can see examples of it in my most recent basic layout examples to decide if you'd like it removed or not, and as for the pagedoll, with the way I do it as long as you hold onto the code snippet I'll give you for it to paste into your territory description, you hopefully shouldn't need to PM me when you get an image for it (I don't mind if you do tho) and you'll be able to swap the image out for whatever you want at any time. Everything looks good tho, just wanted to clear that stuff up with ya
