I might be wrong on something or missing a couple things but for the most part, Sulphur is a Rare base so it can only "fail" from at least one parent having a special base and at least one parent having the same genetics group as Sulphur. That would be Golden Light Solid. Your best odds will be breeding 2 lions within that genetics group with at least one having a special base.

I'd recommend picking your favorite special base in that genetic group and kinging a lion that has it, if it's breed only - or buying/crafting an app to apply to your king:
Festive (app)
Hexaplex (combo)
Marula (app)
Ukame (breed only)

With your current king you can still pop Sulphur cubs but it's less common. Just breed to lots of lions within the Golden Light Solid group and you'll get lucky at some point!
