I've been on lioden for 5 years, and I don't think I've ever seen the boneyard or food pit unlock completely without admin intervention. It's annoying, especially when there's some great new decor in the boneyard that you can't buy because the community doesn't really donate once tier 2 is unlocked. The required food points are really high, and the few people that want the decor can't possibly get it open.

So I am suggesting a boost added to the food pit once the January storyline is completed! I'm thinking something like:
"As you two are leaving, you notice a pile of carcasses that the hyena clans have been hoarding. Despite Laharu's protests, you decide to donate them to the food pit." [+ x points to food pit]

This does not require anybody to lose their food items by donating to the pit, and since lots of users play the storyline I think a decent chunk could be taken out of it.
