hi! so i've made an auction thread before and had some luck with it, but i had a hard time attracting bids even after lowering prices. i was wondering if anyone had suggestions on promoting their auction thread (besides sales chat) and attracting bidders. i follow some other auction threads who have similar lions and use similar methods that i did who get lots of bids so i'm not sure what i'm doing wrong.

in descriptions for each lion i included pictures at current and 100% marking opacity along with base color, skin if lavender/lagoon, eyes if special, all markings, stats, clean/dirty, and generation #. as someone who deals with eye strain, i tried to make the thread as accessible as possible by not using any complicated backgrounds or HTML besides simple stuff like bold/italics/etc. like i said, i made prices really low, and i typically posted entires for my prettier/more interesting lions with 3+ markings.

here's an example, with a random lion (link is broken):

Key, clean, G7

Goldenrod (Golden Medium Solid Rare) -- Normal, Fawn -- 114
Peacock eyes
Slot 2: Vagabond Mirage (48%)
Slot 3: Feline 6 Ebony (42%)
Slot 6: Feline 8 Ebony (8%)
SB: 50
CB: N/A
AB: 300

i really appreciate any suggestions, thank you!!

I really recommend "Athene's HTML and Coding Guide". They have many tips, such as headers and how to put your text in the center.
