What could be better for the start of spring than a new flower base?

Lineless:

Tweedia is a pleasant, gentle, baby-pale blue base based on the tweedia flower.



It is tied to Blue skin and would have a mane and markings to go with it (mockups coming soon). The mane applicator would be called Tweedia Petals and the marking applicator Tweedia Pollen. Some of the markings I have in mind are Tweedia Underfelt, Tweedia Mottled Vents and Tweedia Undershine. Perhaps a Tweedia Feline too, but I'm not sure which Feline marking it would look best as.
Compare to Glacial, as you can see Tweedia is more solid and a cooler, brighter blue.

Scent of Tweedia would be craftable with flowers, either Fuchsia or a new tweedia flower found in the same manner as fuchsias. Some feathers and herbs would also be in the equation. Probably swan or shoebill feathers and nut grass or Uvuma-Ohmlope.
