A uneven female with a grey coat on one side and black on the other, the black side of her being her mutation, it is seen as awestrucking, and unique as mutations are cherished in this pride.

Personality (optional): She can be a rather two-faced feline, having great qualities of leadership but her personality changes whether it be someone she hates, an enemy, a pride member, or a family.

Backstory (optional):
Ernaline, who is now called siouxse was only conceived/born for fighting.

she was named Ernaline, they said it meant bringer of death as they were certain they had a strong young warrior, and they did.

she grew up and was apprenticed under her father and other warriors alike learning the qualities of battle, if it wasn't for her mother she would be pure evil.

her mother was a king one, teaching Siouxse, or Ernaline survival skills and other things that would help her in life.

she soon left her pride as soon as she reached 1 year, and 11 months telling her father she would come back someday and be veered as the great one.

it was all a lie because otherwise, her father would not allow her to venture off.

there she made her pride, and took on the name Siouxse , Ernaline was the name of a evil goddess all knew of, they told stories and her father knew.

now, she resides and protects her pride, it was also thanks to the tough training day in and day out her father put her through once she reached 5 months ( aka WEANED )

Appearance: Arid is mainly a grey pelted lioness, decorated with splashes of brown and white around the lower half of her body and her chest. The only jewelry she wears is a gemstone headpiece that matches her light amber eyes. The adornment was a parting gift given to her by her parents.

Personality: She is a pretty unusual lioness with unconventional ways of navigating life. Arid is probably too trusting for her own good, but she's always been pretty lucky- so she kind of just relies on her ancestors having her back. She absolutely loves meeting others and frankly, she doesn't have a mean bone in her body.
Backstory: Arid had a very sheltered childhood, she wasn't raised by lions, but by jaguars. She was found by them after being abandoned as a newborn. Her name is quite fitting, because she is your average airhead. She isn't bright, but thats just one of her quirks. Once she was of age Arid decided to try to join a pride, and thats how she arrived in the Siouxse territory.

Personality (optional): Tries to be kind, but can often be seen as annoying most times. Fairly shy around new people, but can go on a long rant about something if they know you well enough. Sometimes, however, he can be seen talking to themself when they think he’s along..
Backstory (optional): Not much is really know about where Aqua came from, as they don’t normally talk about that kind of stuff. They claim they never really knew their parents before they left him, but he refuses talk about what happened to them.
Family: Like stated before, not much is known about Aqua’s parents, but they claim they used to have a sister named Coral.

Other: Aqua tends to spend a lot of his free time around any nearby water sources in the area, and tends to try to go as deep into the water as possible. This has caused some concern by fellow pride members, especially after the time when he was found past out in the lake after not being able to reach the surface in time. Luckily he was fine, just a little waterlogged.

Personality: Stubborn little cub who can be kind brave she would even take the blame for her friends so they wouldn't get in trouble. She is a very quiet cub she mostly just spends her day sleeping or getting annoyed by other cubs.

Backstory: Zemira wasn't the way she was before she was a fun loving cub who loves making friends and playing with her father until one issue happened. She was playing with other cubs a little bit far away from the pride until she heard a roar that wasn't her father's. It was a no mane close by she immediately told her friends that they should run but one of them wanted to continue playing ... And let's just say 2 of cubs lost their life that very day and Zemira was blame for it.

Appearance: A Melanistic young male with Amber eyes. He has scars on his right cheek and back, the ones on his back being covered by his dark fur.
Personality: A shy young male, nervous around everyone but cubs. He loves cubs, looking after them and the like. He's shy and sweet, and also has problems speaking up for himself, often just letting himself get pushed around. He will stand to defend cubs without a second thought, not wanting to run again.

Backstory: An accident happened in his former pride which led to him being one of, if not the only survivor. They were small, and freshly started, him being born was a shock to his parents but they loved him all the same. He didn't have any melanistic family members, being one of the first making his melanism a mutation. He forgets what happened but he thinks a group of rogue males attacked his pride, his mother trying her best to get him and the other cubs away as best as she could. He ran, and doesn't know the fate of the others. He didn't know how to be on his own much, and after much wandering came across Siouxse's territory.

Other: Because of his darker coloring, he can get over-heated easily, and spends much of his time in cool caves, in whatever water source is close, and shade. He won't say anything if told to hunt, or spend time in the sun, and enjoys it if he's playing with cubs.

Personality (optional): After living most of her life in fear of being killed she's always on high alert. A very nervous young lion who scares easily and has a hard time trusting anyone. Floria is quick to fight, always ready to sink her claws into anyone who poses a threat. She can be short-tempered and doesn't really have much patience for playing around. She's not good at communicating with others and feels more comfortable alone. She's quite good at hunting smaller things but still gets very nervous when facing anything larger than herself so she may not be the best huntress in the future. The one thing she enjoys is watching cubs play, it reminds her of the only good memories she has of her pride.

Backstory (optional): The first few months of her life were peaceful and full of joyful moments with her two siblings, she was the runt of her litter and quite smaller than the other cubs, but they still got along well. One night a foolishly brave pack of wild dogs managed to sneak close enough to the pride to snatch the tiny Floria, and in the confusion of the lionesses attacking the dogs the dog holding Floria managed to escape. The dogs ran a good distance with the little cub mewling and swiping the whole time. Just when little Floria thought she was doomed, a cheetah decided to leap towards the pack and try to take their little prey, in surprise the dogs loosened their grip and Floria managed to slip away while the dogs chased away the cheetah. Floria, running to a pile of rocks, had hidden well. But she was far from the pride and didn't know her way back, the pride had also given up, she was a runt and was most likely dead so they never came looking for her. Floria grew alone, surviving on whatever tiny creatures she could find. Learning to avoid anybody larger than her she lived alone and in fear until she stumbled across the Siouxse pride.

A tawny-coated lioness with lighter dapples of cream throughout her underbelly smiles at you, her eyes a clear but dull, dusty gold. Her fur is sleek and well-groomed, nearly always bedecked in reddish wraps and linens. She wears a golden nose chain, and a single shrike feather earring. Her body is athletic and full of lean muscle, built for running for lengthy periods of time to aid her pride-sisters in an ambush.

Personality (optional): Shasa is a gregarious gossip of a lioness. Ever the social butterfly, she enjoys spending time with the others of the pride, preferring to lounge about and idle with the other lionesses when not on duty. She loves to laugh, lingering near anyone who can tell a good joke. Shasa's greatest fear is rejection, and considers the loss of a pride to be the loss of her own life; as such, she's hesitant to really cut loose with her own personality and is almost constantly masking with false confidence. Shasa adores flowers, and will admire them for lengthy periods of time.

Backstory (optional): Shasa was born to another pride, but her mother had been exiled while raising her only daughter. They struck it out on her own, and Shasa became "street-wise" pretty quickly; scavenging and subterfuge became a way of life. When they made a risky exchange of hunting aid to a hyena in exchange for a meal, they realized all too late that it was all a ruse, and that they'd been lured straight into the jaws of a full clan. Shasa's mother, Liseli, fell. Terrified, Shasa realized that the only way to survive was numbers, just like that hyena clan had. Finding herself under the dictatorship of this pride, she is all too eager to please and do whatever it takes to avoid being alone again.

Appearance: Novo is a medium-sized, very skinny lioness. Her fur is a dark bluish-black color, laden with very dark black cheetah-like spots. Their eyes are a deep brown, and their nose is back. Her back left leg is black, her muzzle is grey and the tips of her ears are white. Her fur is ruffled, and their ribs are visible through their fur. They look very tired all the time.

Personality: Novo is always very, very tired. However, they are extremely sweet and willing to stay awake to talk to anyone. They are introverted and take some time to get to know; however, when you do, she shines like the sun. She always has something interesting to say and is very poetic.

Backstory: Novo was banished from her first pride because of a chronic injury she got as a cub. This injury prevented her from doing most useful things. Ever since Novo has been on a journey to find somewhere to belong. Since they can't hunt they usually only eat scraps.
