Commission Rules
1. All 18+ art (including nudity with no NSFW aspects involved) must be paid for via IRL curreny
2. Please provide references, either of prior done art of the character or examples of what you have in mind for colors/hair style/clothing/etc. I'm happy to design a character from the ground up from mood boards as well! All my examples are my own designs, and I'm happy to offer more if you want inspiration from my own work
3. I require a down payment of 1/3rd the price of the commission, rounded down prior to actually beginning the work. Discussion before hand is free, as is a preview of any base-edit requests you have for the piece and a revision of the base-edit should you request it
4. Down payment may be partially refunded should you decide to cancel your commission within 24 hours of providing the payment. No repayment past the 24 hour mark, unless you have made a clear effort to contact me prior to the 24 hour mark and I, for whatever reason, was unable to get back to you
5. You may cancel your commission with a full refund should I become unreachable for a period of 1 week or more, provided you have made a clear effort to get in touch
6. If I do not hear from you on revisions/previews/updates that require your approval, I will not continue work on your piece. I will continue trying to contact you for a period of 2 weeks, at which point I will assume you are no longer interested and give your commission spot to someone else. I will keep progress on your piece for 6 months before deleting anything related to it, should you decide to come back, though I will require a second down payment that will also go toward your total upon completion
7. I will require the remainder of the payment before sending your finished piece without a watermark
8. Should you decide to add features later, or remove them, price adjustment will reflect in the final amount, not any addition/repayment of the down payment unless the new total is less than the down payment, at which point I will consider your piece to be already paid in full
