Your main male can get stats in several ways, such as leveling up, increasing impression when you reach dreamboat, or playing the baoball game.
To get stats for your lionesses, you can send them to hunt.
For sub males, you can send them on patrol.
Cubs can go to cub training to get progress in their training, when they become adolescents, they can come with adult lions in hunting/patrolling to further increase their training bar, keep in mind, cubs need at least 75% training in order to get a stat boost. You can also feed them a medlar fruit (I don’t know how to get a medlar fruit).
The higher stats a lion has, the higher the stats of their cubs will be.
