I don't think the game devs on here would make it pay to win, it would just be an addition to what is already offered, almost kinda quality of life, completely optional. I like the way Rainbow Six Siege does their like premium passes, you can unlock everything without them, but with it its just a touch faster, plus some extra rewards. Same on horse reality, just quality of life

I understand that ^-^ and sorry if I may have come off a little rude on the first one, I have just recently gotten very fed up with similar stuff recently on other games

While I do see your point and why that could be seen as fun for those who have their own quality of life to spare on such games, personally I think it can be a bit discouraging for others and for example new players, who might feel they won't get anywhere unless they pay. Lioden is already a game of patience and waiting day by day for things to progress, that already puts a lot of people off, if you then add the factor that they see these subscriptions, it will help drive people away faster I think.

We already have something that is almost that by having the ability to buy on oasis, and I think that is enough. I see your point, and I respect it, I just believe it can become even more discouraging for those who would not be able to buy it.

^^^ even though the devs probably won't make Lioden pay to play if they did that, it's still discouraging on a lot of games to see paid-only "fast lanes". it makes people feel like they have to pay money to keep up with the players who buy those subscriptions regularly. and if you're a competitive player who doesn't like to buy them, that can totally ruin games for you.

we already have people complaining about GB costing money because yeah GB is kind of like what you just described. if you spend money on it regularly, you can use it on "quality of life" stuff or expensive items that makes the game a lot easier for you than for players who don't buy GB. (to be clear I'm not arguing against GB costing money, the devs do need a way to support this game while keeping it free to play)

No support, there's already GB cost features that improve quality of life - extra cub stages for unlocking cuter art, feed all play all, autonesting, masslevelling. Those are fine as long as they cost GB and can be purchased with GB, regardless of how user obtained them. Whether it was hard work offline for buying GB OR hardwork online for getting GB through ingame trades, ALL users have chance to use them. That's fair. Quality of life can be improved through GB, without leaving part of the users out.

"Real $ purchase only" perks are unfair to users who cannot purchase them. Not all users are rich, not all users are located in countries where its easy to get a card able to pay for an overseas game service. Paywall is my number one pet peeve across games and Im very happy Lioden does not have one, and all users have equal access to all game features, regardless of their circumstances and real money. So please lets NOT add this here. It will put Lioden down a grade.

No support for the reasons listed above. Subscription based services are a death sentence to a good game and are a horribly predatory business model.
