Hey,

So I was wondering if an ibf decreases your chances of muties? I've used one 3 times now along with buffys, lion scrots, lion meat, etc. And haven't gotten a mutie. It seems like I've had better outcomes when I don't use one, but maybe it's all in my head?? I've seen another post from years ago that said it didn't have any effect on the chances, but I just wanna make sure that's right. Maybe it's just my own bad luck?
