What gameplay feature is this bug affecting? Oasis Purchase History & Refunds What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible. Saw a Game Help post that asked about a refunded item not being refundable after placing it in a goodie bag and retrieving it within the allotted hour time. Decided to test it out since I needed a Cotton Root Bark. I was unable to refund the item after immediately opening the Goodie Bag after creating it. I'm unsure if this is actually a bug or intended so I figured I would make a post for it. Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion? Game Help Thread Any screenshots you can provide us with? Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible: Bought Cotton Root Bark. Placed it in Goodie Bag. Opened Goodie Bag right after creation. Unable to Refund item. 0 players like this post! The item essentially gets "traded" when it enters the goodie bag. The goodie bag stores the item type and deletes the original copy of the item, then when the goodie bag is opened it creates a new version of that item type. Therefore it's no longer recognised as being the same item that was purchased from the Oasis. If you check the item ID when you first purchase the item, vs when you remove it from the goodie bag, you'll see it changes. It's not a bug, more just a quirk with regards to how the goodie bags work. Hope that helps! 1 player likes this post! Like? |
