Hey! Not sure if this has already been suggested however... Would be really cool to have a Jaglion as well as Tigon/Leopon variations like the Liger etc. |

jaglions have been suggested and so have ligers and such. there are plenty of issues with ligers and hybrid forms that cause the lion to be the male. no support for that. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I don't quite understand, what don't you support? Breeding hybrids in general is a genetic 'sin' so I don't think having a few extra variations for a browser game will make a difference 1 player likes this post! Like? |

I specifically don't support hybrids such as ligers where the lion is the male. This is largely do to how the cub would end up in the pride. A mother would not just give her cub up to a pride. That is the biggest reason. The other variants you are talking g about (at least to my understanding) are ligers (mother tiger male lion) and the other version of leopons (male lion and female leopard). As far as the jagion it is just cause this is already suggested. So no need to repeat it (here is that suggestion: https://www.lioden.com/topic.php?id=304429252884) I would be more open to ligers and such if you van think of a way that we would gain the cub that makes sense. 0 players like this post! I had an idea for ligers... the encounter is as rare as getting a gen one hybrid but you'd find the tigress in explore or the obliging leopardess, then she would join your pride temporarily like a rented heat, then she would leave... you would need food and toy bundles to convince her to stay. once her single cub is weaned she leaves provided there is a broodmother watching the cub if not she takes the cub with her. after that the liger cub would function as any hybrid in your pride would same pass rates along generations. 1 player likes this post! I don't agree with the event being the only way to get them. Maybe when they are 1st released, but they should be able to be gotten by breeding as normal 1st gens. Plus again, why would the cub leave? That just doesn't make sense. 0 players like this post! Like? |

cause the mother can't trust that nobody is watching her cub... you'll still get explore encounters she's around but she isn't part of the pride she might even show up one day in explore with a bunch of pure bred tiger cubs or someone else's liger cubs at a later date. after the first gen they pass by breeding at the normal rate is the whole thing 0 players like this post! It's simple, your male is out on a walk when he encounters a tigress, you get the choice to 'seduce' her. Here is where you could have two options, 1. Art is added to your account of her pregnancy, when she gives birth however she dies of complications or smth else. 2. You meet the tigress in explore again once it is time, she surrenders her cub to you because she is struggling 1 player likes this post! Like? |

No support. First off, the devs have already rejected finding cubs in explore, which is what Option 2 (the tigress surrenders her cub) is. It also sounds like a coding nightmare. As for option 1, I highly doubt the devs would ever allow players to have Tigers/Leopards in their prides. Even if they did, do they take up the same spot as a normal lioness? Who takes care of the hybrid cub once they're born? Do you get to store the Tigress/Leopardess in your dynasty? I just can't envision any of this happening; there are too many loose ends and unanswered questions. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I am sure the devs can come up with a far better idea than mine, which is what it is, just an idea. A Jaglion should work anyway if not the liger 0 players like this post! Like? |

my idea was she stick around like a rented lioness not part of the pride the default name filled in on the dynasty. you'd need the nesting material, and the two bundles on hand to even seduce her, and then she leaves her cub behind because 'it's better off with the lions' or you have repeated encounters with her checking in in explore but the cub stays with the brood mother for safekeeping 0 players like this post! I am still personally against it. while this might work for if it is first released, i still dont agree with any 1st gen hybrid being permanantly gotten from an explore encounter. 0 players like this post! Like? |

that's the only way I can think of a hybrid that involves a male lion to work out... I hope the devs come up with a better one that makes you happy tbh but that's the best I can do 0 players like this post! Like? |

I'm not against the idea in general, I'm just against the ways to implement it. If someone can come up with a way that makes sense and doesn't revolved around an event completely then I will def support. 0 players like this post! Like? |
