40K statters roll over infrequently; and leaderboards only show active kings. So they will show on the Leaderboards for a few days after they roll over, but go off the list again when they're once more inactive.

Also the reason why there's such jump is because up to ~15 K stats, users may reach with breeding and active playing. But ultrastats are only possible with extreme amount of stat items and energy boosts, which take a lot of GB to amass. The means of having 40K statters requiers literally thousands of $s worth of GB; because stats dont do much aside from bragging rights, only few users are that much into stats to put SO much work and money into it! Most "wealthy" users prefer something more aesthetically pleasing to invest into, like pretty raffle lioness clones, or pretty hybrids.
