most things will be priced around what I see them being sold for, or
Decors cost 2x SB what the event cost (cost 1Event = 2SB)
Applicators: 2.5x SB what the event cost (same as 2x but every 2Event cost add 1SB onto so 10E = 25SB or 15E = 37SB)
Special items are more expensive (breeding items, mummy heart, etc)
