Hello, i want to make my own cave ccs cuz im poor ( ) ive taken coding classes before but ive all but forgotten about what i learned, i just know the basics like

and Cats Cats Cats how to color text, etc. but i have nowhere to work on/ post my ccs and i have no money to spend for a website/app. im on a chrome computer and i am like a grandfather with a phone and shit, i have no clue how to use this computer or how to download apps on here so i need help with a coding website and how to cod period, thanks for any and all help!
