No, to suggest things, you need to post in Game Development forums! Modbox is where Moderators can help you with issues around the site. You can report users if they break rules, or get help if you're stuck in battle or etc. To use a Modbox, you need to click the Modbox link, located on the top bar between Journal and Wiki links.
