It's honestly a very very simple concept, I was staring at an NCL I was customizing and was like...well we have RMAs why not RBAs? Why can't i spend 1000s of gba to potentially get an Ebony lady without breeding. The same way you can get potenially really rare markings with a suuuuper low chance, maybe the same could be for bases? RBA exclusive bases? There's a lot they could do, and I'm up to tweaks. but i think it'd be a neat idea and another nice beetle sink

If you don't support I'd love to hear why. I was only giving a hypothetical, obviously there are going to be exclusions same as with the marking app! I just felt I would leave said exclusions to the game team than try and lay them all down
