hi! i do not have a dwarf stud, but i saw this and assumed that you needed one for your female dwarf

i'll go ahead and say this - only female dwarves can pass mutations, so male dwarves are basically useless! having two dwarf parents won't raise the chances of a dwarf cub since dwarf males can't pass their mutation

i commented this just in case you had that misconception, but I apologize if you didn't and just wanted to find a dwarf stud. you can go to crossroads, hit search, then search up a dwarf king from there.

Oh omg! I had no idea! Thank you for this :) I was wondering if any other mutations could possibly override the dwarf mutation? Like should I find a stud with no mutation at all?

some mutations like piebalds and primals do have a higher passing rate than a dwarf. so, to be safe, I would avoid mutated studs like those, but if you want to stud to a dwarf king just for giggles then feel free lol

studding to hybrid kings should also be safe since hybrid males also cannot pass their mutation.
