May I ask when you sent it? It often takes a while for mods to get back with tickets, they are people too! I would wait it out for at least a day or two, after that try sending in another one. They are pretty good at getting back with people though! My thought is that somehow you double clicked it/it reloaded and charged you twice instead of once like it was supposed to.

I don't understand what seems to be wrong. It costs one gb to change your name, and you said it took one gb, that's exactly what its supposed to happen.
