That *might* be a question to ask mods or Xylax since he usually approves custom decor, but I think that might be able to fly by. It looks like a lot of the piebald decors are for muties, but since you're creating a "new" piebald, it might be okay?

There's isn't specifically a rule against it, I think the closest one is:

No markings/bases/fur designs (unless they are extremely unrealistic - i.e. bright pink, etc) ; no realistic eye colours ; no scars.

You can make your own version, yes. Example, if you wanted to make a patches echo, as long as its your own created version its okay. But if you just reversed the colors on the existing echo pie it wouldn't be allowed. (Although I'm unsure if this applies for unmutated lions, you might want to ask anyway)
