I don't know how long new accounts have to wait to be able to send gifts, but it's something like either 3 rollovers or 5 rollovers. I believe it's a safeguard to prevent people from creating burner accounts to funnel goods to one account (though what items would a new account even have to make it worth funneling?) A few more days they'll be able to interact on forums and gift as normal :) By that time they'll probably have some nicer stuff too :) 0 players like this post! Like? |

Most new accounts have a lot of features blocked for them for a while. I don't remember how long it takes until they are able to use those features, but if I remember correctly it is counted by rollover, but real life days. You can always try to create a private trade with a low amount of SB or a common decor and have them offer on it and accept it. 0 players like this post! Like? |
