So, how does heritage rep work? i have my pretty tri rosette pie that has a long gen but is really dirty- but i’ve noticed i can heritage replace him?

so like, would his heritage be replaced but he still keeps him looks and his genes are passed down still? i just need to gwt my head wrapped around this, because he would be SUCH a wonderful king if his heritage wasnt… bad.

When you retire a king you have the option to keep his looks on the new king. Basically this allows you to copy his looks onto the next lion you choose as king. So they are a completely different lion, but with the same exact looks as your previous king. This includes his base, markings, eyes etc

Say you chose to retire your king for a g2, you choose the keep looks option and the king will look exactly like your old king, but have the g2 heritage because its a different lion that has had the looks copied onto them

Its how people have such cool looking g1 kings, by heritage replacing like this.

Yeah, u can heritage replace him. You just find a lion with the heritage/stats you want and king them. When kinging them, you just have to choose to keep your kings looks and not use your heirs ^^

It should say: "Keep the appearance of my CURRENT MALE"

If you need a lion to heritage replace with, I've got a G2 2000+ stat male I'm looking to sell? ^^

Adding to the above; tri rosette can be kept but his piebald WILL be deleted when heritage replacing. Mutation is tied to the heir, so if you want a clean mutated king - you need a mutated heir with clean heritage, to retire to.
