I can't confirm anything regarding question 1 as I avoid tiktok, but for #2 - a couple years ago (?) they posted like 4 different pose sketches for the new male pose, and the community voted for one of them to be the (first?) one introduced. So no, the males will have their own pose or poses (depending on how intensive this first one proves to be, with all the mane shapes to redraw and markings, bases, etc.) I think the upcoming pose is called Confident?
