I'm not sure if there is already people assigned to daily review items for grammatical errors, but I hadn't thought that would be an issue until I stumbled across an item.

It's called "Black Lemur". Now I'm not a Zoologist, and I'm not the smartest person on the block, but I do watch enough Animal Planet to know what a Lemur is and what they look like. I also know a lot about bats, and the Black Lemur's image and description falls in line with a Madagascar Fruit Bat. Anyone who looked at the Decoration would notice the "Black Lemur" has webbed wings for arms. Lemurs don't fly lol, they are ring-tailed monkeys that look similar to Koalas.

So that brings me to the issue that perhaps there should be a review of items made throughout Lioden to correct grammatical errors, because while some may not deem that important, Lioden is educational to a degree. Kids playing on this site absorb information and find reasons to love and explore wildlife just by reading, so I do think getting the information correct is valuable to our audience.

I'd happily do it for Lioden too, no need to be staff to do a job like that either, I just have too much free time on my hands but I don't know the protocol for Lioden's work team.

There's nothing wrong with the lemur. It is in fact a lemur holding onto a tree branch. If you look closely you will see the lemur leaning forward and you'll see the hands holding to the stump of the branch.

Also they aren't monkeys, they aren't related to primates at all.

This also doesn't fall into grammatical errors. I see plenty of them in chat and chatter, this isn't one.

I will say that the image preview on that decor is misleading, but if you look at it in wardrobe it looks more lemur-y.

Pretty sure that's just the other lemur's fingers bud.

Brightened for convenience.

Also, even if this were a genuine issue, it wouldn't be a grammatical error (which implies sentence structure and the like, not labeling one animal species as another)

@Mots - RP Loved

Lemurs are primates: "lemur, (suborder Strepsirrhini), generally, any primitive primate except the tarsier; more specifically, any of the indigenous primates of Madagascar. In the broad sense, the term lemur applies not only to the typical lemurs (family Lemuridae) but also to the avahis, sifakas, indri, and aye-aye of Madagascar and the colugos of Southeast Asia and the Philippines, in addition to the lorises, potto, and bush babies of Southeast Asia and Africa. Defined more narrowly, it excludes the last three (the Lorisiformes)."

You can go on any educational site and find that information. Just to give you some insight in information you weren't aware of!

Also I've been on many forums of different games, I came to this section of the forums because putting issues in general areas is typically frowned upon massively. Staff like to keep their sections as organized as possible, and since this doesn't qualify for the Bug section, I felt Game Development was the next best option as it does concern items of the site itself.

@Terrinthia [G1 Dappled 2.5k] I didn't even think about using the wardrobe, but yes, those fingers really do look like wing indentions and also, the description of the animal perfectly describes a Fruit Bat!

@Taevali Thank you for brightening up the image, it does help a lot, thank you!

But I'm curious still though, if there are people responsible on the Lioden team to review grammatical errors around the site.

It's exactly what it says it is a lemur but all black standing on a branch with a regular colored lemur
