I love Feed All Play All. I have 70+ lionesses on my main and every rollover I have at least 20 in the danger zone that need fed. The only thing I don't like however, is some of the items that the tool suggests.
Most of the time to feed my lions I spam click whatever pops up to get it over with quickly. I've had multiple times where I've physically cringed after realizing I just clicked "feed" on a honeycomb, egg yolk, GMO chicken, LAMB CARCASS (April pain), etc.
You can always bury them to manually exclude them from the tool, but for people who are forgetful or people that need them soon that's inconvenient.

I think a solution could be adding a button under the Feed All Play All columns that brings up a page similar to the "Marking Censor" page. There you can see a list of all possible food items and you can either scroll or manually input items to exclude/blacklist from the tool.
