With the new breed-only skins, I've noticed the bases the skins can pass from are rather restrictive. Skins themselves rarely if ever add value to a lion, and with items like Rock Salt, it's only a matter of time before the new skins are absolutely everywhere, so the restrictiveness on the skins doesn't make much sense.

Currently, the highest amount of bases tied to a skin is four, but ideally they would each have at least 5, with some more popular options as well as some of the rare options they chose.

Under my suggestion, the bases tied to each skin would be the following, with new additions in bold.

Bunting: can be produced from Champagne, Citrine, Goldenrod, Sulphur, Marula, and Maziwa
Echo: can be produced from Interstellar, Elysian, Leonid, Demiurge, Sha, and Pulsar
Eggshell Blue: can be produced from Haliotis, Glacial, Chartreux, Ennead, Angelic, and Cotton Candy
Ink: can be produced from Noctis, Styx, Ebony, Duat, and Nadir
Lilac: can be produced from Glass, Kunzite, Protea, Lilac, Heavenly, and Alabaster
Plum: can be produced from Prismatic, Water Hyacinth, Inpu, Vagabond, and Haruspex
Quail: can be produced from Buttercream, Pearl, Qahir, Teardrop, Argent, and Ruffian
Sandstone: can be produced from Arabica, Buff, Cameo, Flaxen, Howlite, and Solaris
Welsummer: can be produced from Anjeer, Sapela, Sepia, Shedua, Madagascar, and Seth

If you guys think of any bases that fit better than the ones I have listed, or bases you think I should have listed, let me know! I tried to keep to genetics categories for skins that had clearly defined colors associated, like Sandstone and Quail being tied to cream, but there's bases in other categories that would fit too, imo.
