so, im working on a breeding project for a king, which includes having an ennead base ive heard that breeding a combo base lion to a non-special base lioness has no chance of producing special based cubs, while breeding to a non-combo factor special based lioness can only produce the base of the lioness. does doing this lower the special base pass rate from 4% to 2%?  0 players like this post! Combos have their own rules in terms of pass rates compared to regular breed only bases. For any chance at a combo base you need to make the combination required, this includes passing it from a combo based lion themself. For example, if you're breeding ennead, you'd need to pair any 2 lions with the bases Ennead, Ankh, Incense & Mummy (excluding double ups like Mummy x Mummy). Pairing Ennead with any other base will never result in Ennead cubs because the condition for the base has not been fulfilled. As far I understand it, regardless of the bases used the pass rates are the same regardless of the bases used. Its only a yes/no for whether the conditions have been met and then it rolls for whether rng blesses you with a successful combo breed. Those rates have never been officially confirmed so I can't give the % chance I'm afraid. 0 players like this post! Like? |
