What gameplay feature is this bug affecting? Giving tree/ hoard inventory What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible. Me and quite a few other players had a tree drop tonight around 9:30 maybe, but we noticed when claiming items they would not be added to our hoards, despite user longs saying we'd claimed an item from the tree Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion? Any screenshots you can provide us with? https://imgur.com/a/kuj10JS Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible: I clicked an item from the tree, some players are saying they got a confirmation banner (you grabbed xxx form the tree) I did not, so I checked my user log and found I had grabbed something, checked my hoard for it, and it was not there (heard in chat this happened to quite a few people  2 players like this post! Like? |

On the Imgur link you can see I picked up newborn cub on this account and somehow picked up 2 savannahs and a waterhole on my main. However none of those items are in either of my inventories and I was unable to pick up any other items because the game said I had already picked up items that rotation. I was able to successfully pick up items when the hour changed and those items did appear in my inventories. 0 players like this post! Like? |

From the item IDs in the screenshots it looks like Luke and I grabbed the same newborn cub (my screenshots were posted in the second post). Seems like something's wrong with whatever prevents people from getting the same item; it states that multiple people got it and prevents people from taking another item, but only gives it to one person. 0 players like this post!
