Hello! I got a new debit card recently and have it linked to my Paypal account. When I try to purchase GB using my Paypal account for that specific card, it gives an error, but my other cards work without any issue. Who would I contact about this? My debit card has worked on Paypal on other websites, so I'm not sure why it is having an issue with just Lioden. First thing, you need to contact your bank and make sure your card has International Permit - that's the most common issue with cards, and Lioden is located in England so its international for most users. Not all cards come with international permit pre-enabled, this could be the case if its disabled for your card and you might need to request it from the bank to enable it. 1 player likes this post!
