That depends on the item, you'll mostly see it with custom decor. Which means you can find them here, they might just not be fore sale anymore. Another option is that the item is retired and therefore unavailable in any shop, though you might find some of them in the branch sales. 0 players like this post! Like? |

In the case of the Great Fires Background, it's one you can find in explore during the August Event. The Amber Fox is part of the December Advent Callendar, which means it was available last year and will be again in 2024, before going into the December Event shop starting in 2025.
