I'm currently working on my own BO-base "multi rosette" (mottled rosette and mottled stripes so kind of like 2 rosettes) project atm, and yours will be almost impossible without an insane amount of luck. It might be doable if you settle for 2 rosettes instead if 3, however, but even so it might take you years. 

(Plus Dawn Shine doesn't really exist in slot 5 except for 2 lions - slot 7 is much more common and will be easier)

I would suggest starting with a lion that has all 4 Dawn markings if you can. Maybe 3 of the 4 would be fine if it also has one of the rosettes. King this lion. The base depends on how many Nacre base apps you have or can buy - if you don't have access to many, it would be best to use a Red Light Countershaded Special base app on him as it can fail into plenty of Maroons for breeding. You'll want to mass breed a bunch; lions with very few markings (or markings not in the Dawn slots) would be ideal.

To breed Cosmic eyes, you need to breed a Galaxy- or Jasper-eyed lion to another lion with Dawn, Draconid, Starshine, Stellar, or Sunglow eyes. So if you can start with Cosmic on your first king, that'd be great - otherwise, start with Dawn, Draconid, Starshine, Stellar, or Sunglow. Once you have Maroon breeders with those colors, you can apply Jasper to your next king to try for the combo. I wouldn't start actually trying for Serruria until you have the Cosmic eyes for sure. You can use Opal Saltlick to pass them to cubs once you get them, and it works on studs AND lionesses so it doesn't matter which one has them.

Hopefully by the time September rolls around, you'll have at least 20 good Maroon lionesses to breed, but the more you have, the better. You'll need a new king at this stage - depending on what your breeders have, you'll probably need one of the rosettes for sure. Any Dawn markings are a plus. If you have some breeders with Cosmic eyes, you can have any eyes for your king as long as you use an Opal Saltlick on your Cosmic lionesses for EVERY breeding. Also use an Ochre Gnawrock on the rosette for every breeding with them. Hopefully you get plenty of Serruria, Maroon, or even Nacre lionesses with the rosette, Dawn markings, and Cosmic eyes.

Buy a new king with one (or both if you can find one) of the other two rosettes. Change his base to Nacre, and once again use Opal Saltlicks on all of your Cosmic eyed breeders for every breeding. This part gets expensive, because you'll need two Ochre Gnawrocks per breeding - one on the king's rosette and one on the lioness's rosette. You just have to hope that all 4 Dawn markings pass onto a Serruria lion as well at this point. The rest of the attributes are apps, so apply those to the final king.

Depending on how many Gnaws you get during September, you might have to wait until the following year to get more. Using your side account to freeze your new breeders might be a good choice. It's luck-based, so it might take a while. :) Hope this helped!
