Appearance

Head
A bright yellow crown sits on top of the Albinos head, stripes cross both through and under the bright red eyes caused by amelanism.

Body
The body of the Albino Ball Python has a normal pattern, but where the black pattern elements are white and the tan “alien heads” pattern elements are orange or dark yellow in hatchlings and bright yellow in adults.

Belly
The belly of a Albino is usually completely glossy white with no spotting or smudges. The “alien head” pattern from the sides can be seen fading as the scales meet.

Tail
As with the Normal Ball Python, Albinos tails tend to come to an end with a thin stripe or beads of pattern.

Head
The head of an Axanthic Ball Python is similar to that of a Normal Ball Python, but with less earthy tones.

Body
Axanthic Ball Pythons’ bodies tend to have reduced markings with the “alien heads” and a pale blushing along the black “puzzle” pattern.

Tail
The tail of the Axanthic Ball Python follows the same colouration as the rest of its body, with blank “alien heads” to either side of a dorsal stripe.

— Bamboo

Appearance

Head
The head of a Bamboo Ball Python is usually topped with a light tan crown with a slight stamp. Around the crown, bright blushing can be displayed, most commonly around the rear of the head.

Body
The body of the Bamboo Ball Python is usually dominated by its serrated dorsal stripe, with bubble-like “alien heads” between. Dorsal stripes are usually a brighter shade than that of the alien heads. The body’s colour can range from dark browns to light syrup-like golds, usually with high contrast.

Tail
The tail of the Bamboo Ball Python is usually dominated by a bright, jagged dorsal stripe.

Head
The head of the Tri-stripe Ball Python is usually a dark brown with a slightly faded crown in the dead center.

Body
The body of the Tri-stripe Ball Python is heavily dominated by the clean, thick, black dorsal striping that is usually covered by overlapping alien heads on a Normal Ball Python.

On either side of the dorsal, the alien heads merge into one another, linking together the “eyes” in what can often be unbroken stripes. Other times it can appear to resemble the “cut here” dashes on packaging.

Tail
The tail of the Tri-stripe Ball Python follows the same patterning as the rest of the body.

Appearance

Halloween Masks hatch out with dark black patterns on their body and heads and develop into juveniles with extremely bold head patterns and unusual body markings. Their bold traits continue to develop and mature all the way into adulthood. Sometimes they are very dark with lavender around their bold markings and tail. Top quality Halloween Masks will change color from a very dark semi-melanistic coloration to a vibrant yellow/bold coloration depending on their mood, temperature, and other conditions.

Head
The head of a Paradox Leopard Gecko can be completely random, ranging from the expression of a individual traits phenotype, up to a complete 50/50 split down the centre. Eye colour is something that can be altered also, with some showing different colouration per eye.

Body
The body of a Paradox Leopard Gecko can be completely random and can range from a slight, almost unnoticeable, smudge all the way up to covering the entire length of their bodies.

Belly
The belly of a Paradox Leopard Gecko can be completely random, though it is less often noticeably affected than the other areas on a Leopard Gecko.

Tail
The tail of a Paradox Leopard Gecko can be completely random.

— Lavender

Appearance

Lavender refers to leopard geckos who show a light violet body colour called “lavender”. They can be combined with many different colours and patterns.

— Black Night

Appearance

Black Night produces full black leopard geckos with no pattern.

When a Black Night hatches it can show pattern. However the pattern does seem to be swallowed up by blackness. Furthermore the darkness is very influenced by heat.

— Paradox Albino

Appearance

The primary color is usually a pale orange or pink. The number of spots varies by snake. These dark blotches or speckles are the only dark pigment on an otherwise pale snake.

Appearance

The body of the Anery Sand Boa is highly contrasted between the brown/black blotched patterning and the pastel grey base. Many Anery Kenyan Sand Boas have patterning that is a shade of brown. Animals that are pitch black as adults are pretty rare.
