People would abuse the feature and how would it work if you are buying it from another player? Will more gb just be put into the game randomly? Cool idea but it won’t work, 1 month ban people can abuse it with side accounts, etc. I think if you can’t afford it you just can’t get it. Harsh reality of this game. No support unfortunately

The system would be designed so they couldn’t . They’d only be able to loan once a month. But your choice is yours this is an IDEA, not the full plan. It would work like a chat ban, both connected account banned

I can't support this, it would only cause more problems than it can solve honestly.

Unless it goes that any and all GB that goes into your account directly goes into paying off the loan, but then you'll have people who did the loan and then complain how they can't earn more gb bc it's going to the loan.

A time limit wouldn't work well either, regardless of if it's an IRL days or rollovers, just bc not everyone plays every day

Overall, I def see what you're getting at, but I don't think it'd work well for the majority of players without being a headache and causing an onslaught of
person A: "omg i just sold something for 10gb and i didn't get the gb"
person b: "did you have an outstanding loan?"
person A: "yes why, does that matter??"

A big part of lioden is resource management, with nearly every event having some sort of item that's valuable enough to save and invest with later on, or sell cheaper for a quick fix.

Having a gb loan system would complicate things to the point it would cause more problems than it would realistically fix.

Still doesn’t fix the fact I could just not pay back my loan and wait out the ban, this will just make players more in debt needing to owe something. Doesn’t fix the fact that where is this gb coming from? Imagine everyone used this feature, why bothering attempting to save when I can just loan@. big factor of this game is the economy and breeding, I think needing to save for projects/lions/breedings is a massive part of the challenge in the game. I generally think it’s a cool idea but it’s taking a big part of the challenge out of the game. And it only will create more work for the very limited staff we have, needing to make sure it’s paid, how much by when. It will also give newbies a option to spend gb when they CANT afford to pay it back. Meaning newbies will get high tier items or lions that they normally wouldn’t be able to afford. They can’t pay this back. If you can’t afford the item as it is what makes you think you can pay it back in time? This will most likely lead to the market crashing even MORE than it currently is. Great suggestion and I’m aware it’s just a idea but there’s a lot more to it!

Sometimes the market is too unpredictable to be able to guarantee a steady income to pay back a loan, which I think would cause players to eventually feel that they HAVE to spend real life money as a last resort just to avoid a ban. That's not a good thing. Not sure about the majority of the playerbase, but I don't have that kinda money. The last thing I need to worry about after a long day of working to pay my bills is paying my LIODEN bills, lmao. I wanna relax on here, not have another thing hanging over my head.

Obviously, there’s thing that need to be worked out, I hear all of your points, but those are thing we’d have to work out when making it. That doesn’t mean you should toss the idea just cause all the logistics aren’t there. There are ways to fix all of what you said. If I have to be the one to do that in this forum I will, but obviously it’s not perfect I typed it in like 7 minutes lol
