I'm confused on the level up mechanic on lionesses vs my main - on my main, I'm getting a lot of stats from levelling up, whereas my lionesses seem to get nothing upon levelling up at all (though they still gain stats from hunting)

Is this intended or a glitch?

(P.S. I've tried levelling up both while my lionesses are on a hunt and while they're at rest, and it doesn't seem to make a difference)
