I think I saw on the wiki or something when I first joined the game that if you choose to eat the beetle instead of grabbing it, there's a chance for a stat boost. However I've literally never gotten any boost from it. Has anyone else?  0 players like this post! Like? |

I have gotten the boost! The possible reason you don’t think you’ve ever gotten it is because the encounter doesn’t tell you that you got stats, you need to actively check your stats before and after eating the beetle to notice. 1 player likes this post! Like? |

Yeah according to the wiki there is a : +1 Random Stat (low chance). But I haven't seen one happen even once   1 player likes this post! Like? |

It does tell you when you get the stat boost, when I got it, I got a +1 STR. It is a super low chance so it if very hard to get. Pretty sure its so low because you can come across the beetles a lot within a day. 0 players like this post! Like? |
