You only need to feel your adult lions and aging adols (1yr 11months), and if you have their mood and hunger at max full, your should be able go 1-2 days without feeding them.

It really varies depending on the carcass -- though it hasn't been updated in a while, a bunch of carcasses are listed here. You won't have to feed your pride lions every day, but they will become a bit hungrier each rollover, and may run away the next rollover if they are too hungry (you will have a warning on your den page noting that you have # of lions that may run away due to hunger / low mood if you are at risk of this happening), and the specific lions that might run away will have a little lightning bolt icon by their names. As long as they're above that threshold, there's no strict necessity to feed them. Your king, however, will experience slower energy regen if very hungry.
