hi! i'm not very new to the game but i'm not at ALL familiar with terms like mut and heritage replacing. i kind of understand mut rep, but heritage rep seems really confusing and overwhelming to me. i don't really care for long heritages, but some people are saying i should heritage rep my heir. he has higher stats than any of my lions and is very pretty, just has a long heritage. would a heritage rep really matter for him? i do plan on studding him if that adds anything. i also struggle to grasp some concepts so please be patient with me ^^ thank you to anyone who can help! 0 players like this post! Heritage rep works exactly the same as mut repping - whenever you king a new lion, your king will take on the mutation AND heritage of the new lion. You have the option to keep the appearance of the old king. For example, a player might breed a lion until they get the markings/appearance they want, and make them king. Then the player could go on the trade center and buy a G2 piebald. The player would retire their current king, make the G2 piebald the new king, and keep the old king's appearance. Then the player would have a low gen, piebald king with the markings they like from the original king. The original markings of the G2 piebald don't matter. Whether you care about having low heritage is completely a personal preference. Many players like to have low gen lions, so they might prefer a stud with less heritage. But probably heritage is not as important for studding as markings/mutation. 2 players like this post! Like? |
