If you don't want to scry mutations, you can always just keep them and let them age up naturally - however that generally is more expensive in terms of food costs, and takes 24 days of waiting.

60sb isn't much to skip the wait and the feeding for 24 days, in my opinion, especially since it's easy to earn well over that much simply exploring or hunting in a day.

I’m impatient and bad at managing my funds and would honestly love for this to happen (if they for some inconceivable reason made it free I’d be thrilled lmao). I mass-breed on my side account and I don’t AMP check before chasing the cubs I don’t want- I do not want to know how many AMPs I’ve chased so far. Not sure it’s a likely change though- the price has been 60sb since I joined the site way back when. It’s really not even a very necessary feature considering how uncommon AMPs are in the average breeding. Mass CRB breeding maybe, but then the Falcon’s Eye would probably be one of the lesser breeding expenses aha

I see your point but I think it being expensive is better as it makes the game more difficult and makes people have to work harder for what they want, which I personally, really like and find pretty fun in the end!

You don't need to feed or play with cubs since they can't run away, as grim as that sounds. Just make sure they're protected until they're adols and let them chill until 1y11m. Then you can feed them :)

No support. I have been doing a CRB project since October last year and I have had no issue getting funds to check about 50 cubs at a time. There is plenty of time to hunt, explore, and even get event currency to sell for gb/sb. Selling extra food and skulls is how I get my SB, which is about 3k+ every 3 days off food alone. Sure I may have a nice studs that can earn me funds, but my slots go towards CRBs only. There is plenty of ways to make SB. 60sb to see if a cub is mutated is not a lot. 600sb checks 10 cubs. 1200sb checks 20 cubs. This month you can get Lion Skulls from Apedemak. They sell for a high price in the Money Business. Not only that but you can sell craftables, event decor, and more.

Then you don't need to check all of your cubs for AMPs... I don't even check unless I used a CRB or other mutation item on a lioness anyways. It's not a necessity.

peepy is correct; you only need to check cubs born with CRB, Lion Meat, or GMO cow used on litters. Maybe also 1% fertility females' cubs and "combo" mane fitting like Mane Imperial and Succubus, but that's it - checking all your born cubs for mutations is a waste of SB, the chance of it is so low that in 99,9% they wont have a mutation.

There is. But the value of that AMP is dramatically lower than the SB needed to be spent for telling it. The chance is NOT so great that it might happen in less than 100 cubs. So that's 6000 SB spent on checking cubs and finding out there's no AMPs in them. Even after those 100 one of those cubs is AMP... its most likely a common one, like Mane Silky, worth maybe 1 GB on sales IF its a clean and pretty looking one. Spending 6000+ SB on finding a mutie worth 800 SB is ineffective, and a waste of SB. Lowering the price for checking them wont make it much better. Spending 2000-3000 SB to discover a 800 SB worth lion is still a waste! The mutation chance without mutation items is just too low to be worth it. There will be 100, 200, 300 cubs born with no mutations on them, and all that SB will be wasted on checking them.
