✦ How does the Loyalty Card work?
— The Loyalty Card is a way to reward the customer for their frequency, for each commission/adotable made, one of the spaces will be marked. Every 9 commissions/adotable the 10th request will be free. My Loyalty Card does not have an expiration date, that is, it does not matter when you order a commission, it will be considered on your card until it is filled out.
Each commission or adoptable you request in the topic or my private is a mark on your card. It works on both topics without distinction, so if you already have my card with a marked slot and decide to buy an adoptable one, you will get another mark on that same card.
✦ I paid by USD, is there any difference?
— Yes there is! When paying in USD, your loyalty card will be marked with two slots instead of one! So you can get your bonus faster! I make it clear that the option to pay in USD is yours as a customer, I don't want to impose anything on you. I'm just rewarding those who pay me in USD because it's financial help I receive.
✦ What happens when my Card is full?
— If you wish, a new Card will be made, thus starting a new cycle. I will keep a record of all customers and their cards, I will send you a link where your virtual cards will be hosted and whenever a new commission is made it will be updated.
✦ If I win an art raffle, will it be considered on the card?
— No, raffles will not be considered on your card; I will only consider requests in the comission/adotable thread or in my private messages.
✦ What is the 10th order bonus?
— It will be a COMMISSION for free. The customer can choose between a Bust or Half Body, with or without shading, with a limit of up to 2 characters in the scene.
