As stated by Ink, using the Lioden Wiki would be your best bet at this.
However, I will attach my opinion regarding the markings if it's difficult to navigate or would prefer a direct response.
Usually, Tier 2 (raffle markings) are "rare" or sought after, as well as a few very specific Tier 3 markings (celestial raffle markings and august stud, such as leonid, dawn, scoundrel, stratosphere, etc. A lot of the other Tier 3 markings are applicator markings however). As well as that, there's the Tier 4 (rosettes), Tier 5 (hybrid-only markings) and Tier 6 markings (Random Marking Applicator markings), and especially the Rosettes, who are also very sought after. Generally Tier 2 & Rosette markings would be the most desirable markings.
All that in mind, please remember that the rarity and value all depends on the people and the economy, one person might not like the same markings as another, one person might prefer applicator markings as opposed to breed-only markings, etc. It is all up to you, use or breed for any markings you wish, you do not have to agree or abide by any rarity people have created. This is just a general info in case you need it.
