A base idea based off the rare white lions that can be found in captivity and, rarely, in the wild. They are often poached far more than normal lions, so this could be an awareness raising base like the atlas base in march.

It could also be a breed-only raffle base or rare NCL base with about the same chance as appearing on an NCL as the NCL having crb, or maybe even rarer considering how rare white lions are in the wild.

I DO NOT think it would make a good combo base.

Name ideas: melanochaita (part of the scientific name for white lions), leucistic (the gene which causes white lions to appear the way they do) or messenger (in some African cultures, white lions are seen as messengers of the gods)
