I've played through the new area, + this event in the previous year and have noticed a lot of people not knowing the best ways to fight stuff, here's a guide on that!

General tips:
Charge then grab is gonna be your go-to for most fights, from there alternate between pound, kick, and claw if you dont know a specific pattern (attacks get weaker if you spam them)
If you get low on health or just need a boost, if your grabbed try using strangle or release and then rest! It recovers health and lets you use a starting move again

DRACO CONSTELLATION:
Any Wyvern: charge, grab, spam claw (soft skin dmg boost)
Any Drake: charge, grab, pound/claw (stay grabbed as they have a strong bite attack)
Dustlings: roar, if that fails fight normally
Bosses: charge/pounce, grab, pound/kick (stay grabbed, don't use claw)
No other notable patterns, just use the generic guide above

VEIL NEBULA:
Any Jellyfish: charge, grab, claw spam (note, they use a strong '"bite"' attack often even when grabbed, just keep clawing!)
Any squid: use pound/kick, they have tough skin
Ctenophore: claw spam! Soft skin again
Nereides: yet another claw spam
Bosses: I've not found a particularly reliable pattern yet, try and follow the same as the old bosses as it seems mostly up to grab RNG
