As a frequent mobile user, I'm often frustrated by how long it takes to load certain things in the game. Three things come to mind right away: wardrobe, trade creation or gifting, and the Monkey Business.

I visit the Monkey Business on a regular basis - once per day on both accounts to sell excess food, and several times during the day to buy Opal Saltlicks and Rock Salts for my projects. As I spend much of my time on mobile most days, the load times can really feel outlandish. Especially if I buy the Opal Saltlicks and forget about the Rock Salts, having to load it all over again.

As far as I know, the reason it takes so abysmally long to load is because, in addition to loading the various items available for purchase, it also loads the entirety of a player's sellable hoard at the same time. I tend to hang on to a lot of junk items in case a new craftable decor or app is released, so it always takes a monumentally long time to load for me.

My proposed change would separate the monkey business into two different pages - one to buy items, and one to sell. The buying page would be the first one to show up when clicking into the Monkey Business from Crossroads, and there would be a button where the selling area is now that would lead to a new page to sell your hoard items.

This way, players who just want to buy something don't have to wait to load their hoard. It feels bothersome to spend time loading the selling section if you're not even using it. It would be an extra button to press if you do want to sell items, but I think it would overall be a positive change - especially for mobile users.
