A while ago, I and a friend bred a lethal during our CRB project and then sold it, but now I want to breed one to keep (maybe sell? my ass is broke). Does anyone have any advice/tips?

Here are a few questions that I have, but any info would be delightful:

1. Would mass CRBing be the best option? If not, what would be?

2. I see everyone mass-breeding NCLs. Why not breed normal lions from their pride? Is it because NCLs are faster?

3. Will markings matter when I sell a lethal? Which lethals tend to sell for a higher price?

4. What's the best way to sell duds/fodder? Should I make a thread?

5. If you've been successful, how long and how many SB/GB did you spend in total?

6. Should I only breed to studs that have no mutation?

If you've bred or bought any lethals before, I'd love to see them! Any info on CRB projects, in general, would be great too :)

1. Definitely yes. CRBs are the cheapest and easiest to get and overall provide best chances of getting A mutation from the GB spent on them.

2. NCLs are easier to get in-mass, its best to breed batches of 20-40 lionesses at once. Also, the shorter the gen of the cubs, the more is the chance to sell them, G2s go best, high gen and inbred cubs sell slower and cheaper.

3. Not very much, Id say. You cant really affect what lethal you get born, its just luck. Sirenomelia is the most popular, Harlequin Ichtyosis is least popular.

4. The best way is to just chase duds. They dont sell well, you will spend a lot of time and effort advertising for nothing if the cubs dont really have anything on them to stand them out of potato ranks. For cubs that have good traits on them - rosettes, rare+ bases, many BO marks - then yes, a thread works better than trades - its helpful to include adult previews pictures!

5. Last project I spent at least ~350 CRBs before a getting a lethal, so expect it to be pricey. I wouldnt say "sell" is the good reason to try breeding for lethals; very likely you will spend around their sale price, if not more, due to having to provide food and nesting to all those lionesses. Breed for them if you intend to keep or are ok with the fact you might spend more GB on getting one than it will sell for.

6. That, I am not sure, gotta check the wiki for which chance rolls first It probably does not matter as much as inbreeding would for possible cub sales.

All I have to say for 6 is, avoid patch/piebald. They do roll before CRB.

You guys have been super helpful!!
Just another quick question, will CRB override a lioness's fertility's natural chance of producing a mutation (like VLF being more likely than, say, average)?
