A small simple suggestion I thought would be useful while looking at my art contest topic. "Flag for Deletion" button is really close with Edit Post button, what if I accidentally press it and not notice? Then all my work coding and maintaining the topic will be deleted accidentally. Could we maybe have a Secure Topic button near the Subscribe link? When pressed, it'd hide the Flag for Deletion button. The topic would then only be able to be deleted after you specifically click Unsecure, like lions. This would be helpful for people with lots of coding etc. in their topics, to prevent accidental delete? |

Alternatively, they could colour "Flag For deletion" in red perhaps? Like cancel hunt/patrol/trade/stud req is? 3 players like this post! Like? |

That could work too! Or move the Flag for deletion button to the right side of the first post, and place small X icon next to it? 2 players like this post! Like? |

If you accidentally hit " Flag for Deletion" button, it does not automatically delete your forum. It will change from "flag for deletion" to "unflag?" Screenshots from my forum for a example: If you accidentally flagged for deletion, your forum will not be visible by anyone but the creator and the MODs until you unflag it. So if you do hit the button by accident you can reverse it without loosing any of your work. 1 player likes this post! Like? I know, but you have to notice that in time. When your topic is many scrolls long and very image heavy, its easy to not notice one small link at the bottom is different. 0 players like this post! Like? |
