Hi!!! I have one inbred lioness in my pride and I really want to know what that means. I was a little confused because I saw such a lion in sales that was sold for a fairly high price, arguing that because of its “inbreadness”, it was very unique. But then I came across a post that said lions like this are bad, I'm confused... what does that mean? (I may sound really weird, sorry, I'm a foreigner and I'm very bad at this language!!!) 0 players like this post! Like? |

Hello, when you click "View full heritage" link on your lion's page you will be shown its heritage for the past 5 generations. If there is inbreeding (dirty lion which has one or more of the same lion/ess in its heritage two or more times) in these generations, there will be text saying so under the heritage. Some lions have a long heritage that can be long on both sides (mom and dad basically) or long on one side and short on the other or have a very short one on both sides, but you need to check all of it to see if there is any inbreeding in there hiding away. To do so, you can click on the great-great-grandparents name and you will be shown its heritage, which can again be long or short. If there is any instance of inbreeding in the heritage at any point, the lion is dirty/inbred. 4-5 stat monster lions are deemed dirty by some even if the lion itself is clean technically (they usually have thousands of cubs bred, so people avoid these for the possible inbreeding happening in their dens after purchase). There is no penalty for having a dirty lion other than the fact that they usually sell for a lower amount of currency/don't sell at all, depending on the lion itself (how rare base, markings, mutation, etc). 0 players like this post! And no, no lion is especially unique for the fact that they are inbred. Yes, some high-value lions like hybrids and long-term expensive projects (like 8x rosette lions) can be inbred and expensive, but they are not expensive or unique for them being dirty. 0 players like this post! Like? |
